Service Description

This package is for mothers and teenage daughters. This is a six-week journey for mother and daughter to explore their relationship and work on healing any underlying conflict that may be damaging your connection. The program will help you: * Understand what harms and heals the mother-daughter bond. * Understand the dynamics between mothers and daughters of all ages. * Uncover the themes that are passed down the generations from mothers to daughters. *Learn how to claim your voice as a mother or daughter. *Learn how to accept generational differences between mothers and daughters. My style of working is conversational and results-oriented. Together we will explore the themes and issues that are important to be aware of and understand how they may be impacting your relationship with each other. Together as a team, we go on this journey inwards. Meeting you where you are on your journey of self-awareness and bringing positive change to your relationships with yourself and others. Exploring with non-judgmental curiosity, you will identify repeating unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns that are causing you discomfort and distress. Knowledge and insight are some of the powerful tools you will learn to help empower and change, with the view to live more authentically and joyfully. Coaching Schedule: Session 1: Mother Session 2: Daughter Session 3: Group Session 4: Group Session 5: Group Session 6: Group Please schedule your first session online.
