Service Description

This is when your teen will be able to experience life coaching with other teens in a friendly atmosphere. Group life coaching also gives you the opportunity to learn from, and interact with, others in similar situations and form friendships with them. These sessions are designed to empower pre-teens/teens and help them see themselves as worthy, unique, and confident. Each session consists of focused discussion, and fun activities and games to make learning exciting! We have fun, yet learn powerful life skills, such as mastering positive self-talk, learning how our mind works, and the power of dreaming and setting goals to achieve them. Group coaching sessions are held online via Google Meets. Programs are 6 weeks in length and each weekly session is 60 minutes.
